    Ingredients:

    Directions:

    Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. Place white chocolate chips in a medium bowl and microwave in 30 second increments until melted. Spray melted chocolate with the MycoShield® and stir until smooth. Break up the Primordial Chocolate™ into pieces and add the oil to a bowl. Repeat microwaving instructions. Spread the white chocolate onto your prepared baking sheet. Take the dark chocolate and drizzle or swirl over the white chocolate. Sprinkle with candy cane pieces. Allow to harden in refrigerator for 20 minutes, then break up into pieces, and enjoy!

    Ingredients:

    Takes about 15 minutes. Makes about 24 table-spoon-sized bites.

    Instructions:

    Chop Primordial Chocolate™ Salted Maca Crunch bars into small chunks and set aside. Heat coconut oil until liquid. Add almond flour, maple syrup, oil, Reishi powder, and vanilla to a medium bowl. Using a spoon, stir until thickened and well-incorporated. Fold in chopped chocolate. Top with sprinkles if desired. Enjoy with a spoon straight from the bowl, or ball into tablespoon sized bites. Bites best served chilled.

    Gina's Sweet & Spicy Carrot Cake Smoothie

    Ingredients

    6 to 8 ounces unsweetened milk of your choice (we like oat!)

    1/3 of an apple

    ½ cup of pineapple chunks

    ¾ cup shredded carrot

    1 tsp MycoBotanicals® Brain and Body™ powder

    ¼ cup almond butter (optional)

    ½ cup ice cubes (optional, but adds a thicker consistency)

    Instructions

    1. Add ice cubes and milk to blender and pulse.
    2. Toss in fruits, vegetables, and powder. Pulse to pulverize fruits.
    3. Pour into a large chilled glass and enjoy!

    Cardamom Tea Cookies with Turmeric Date Caramel

    Host Defense® Turmeric Immune™ Mycobotanicals Tea® adds a warming bite to these snack-sized treats. 

     

    Ingredients:

    Cookies

    1. 3 cups gluten free flour, or gluten free flour blend
    2. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    3. ½ cup gluten free rolled oats
    4. 2 teaspoons baking powder
    5. 2 tablespoons almond butter
    6. 1 egg
    7. ½ cup almond milk (vanilla flavor, if you’d like!)
    8. ½ cup coconut sugar
    9. 1 teaspoon anise extract
    10. 1 tablespoon cardamom
    11. 3 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds for sprinkling atop cookies

    Turmeric Date Caramel

    1. 1 cup of dates
    2. 3 bags of Host Defense® Turmeric Immune™ Mycobotanicals Tea®

    Directions:

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
    2. Combine dry ingredients in a bowl, minus sesame seeds (set to the side). Mix until thoroughly combined.
    3. Add egg, almond butter, vanilla extract, and anise extract to dry ingredients and mix.
    4. If batter seems too thin, add additional teaspoons of gluten free flour until batter takes on a more dough like consistency.
    5. Use a tablespoon to scoop dough from bowl, roll into balls, and place on baking sheet 2-inches apart.
    6. Bake 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
    7. Remove from baking sheet and place on rack to cool for at least 15 minutes.
    8. Top with dollop of date caramel (see below for instructions) and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.

    Directions for Turmeric Date Caramel:

    1. Boil 8 oz. water and steep 3 bags of Host Defense® Turmeric Immune™ Mycobotanicals Tea® for 10 minutes.
    2. Remove pits from dates.
    3. Add dates to food processor and pulse.
    4. Add brewed tea to food processor to liquify and smooth dates.
