Cancellation policy
Your subscription purchase is governed by our terms of service and the following terms. Subscriptions are paid in advance and will automatically renew at the end of the applicable subscription period, unless you cancel. You can cancel your subscription at any time by clicking “upcoming orders” and then “cancel” in your account dashboard. Please contact our customer support at 800-780-9126 or subscriptions@hostdefense.com if you have any questions over cancellation. You must cancel at least 48 hours prior to the end of the then-current subscription period to avoid incurring a charge for the following period. We may modify your subscription plan and pricing, as set forth in our terms of service. Taxes are subject to change based on applicable law, and will be automatically updated to reflect such changes.
