- 1 Ripe Banana
- 1 Apple
- 1 cup Milk (dairy or vegan alternative)
- 1 tbsp Almond Butter (or other nut butter)
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
Step 1: Peel a banana and break it in half.
Step 2: Cut a clean apple into wedges, discarding the core.
Step 3: Add all the ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth.
