  • 2 tsp MycoBotanicals® Microbiome Powder
  • 1 Ripe Banana
  • 1 Apple
  • 1 cup Milk (dairy or vegan alternative)
  • 1 tbsp Almond Butter (or other nut butter)
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon

Step 1: Peel a banana and break it in half.
Step 2: Cut a clean apple into wedges, discarding the core.
Step 3: Add all the ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth.
Step 4: Pour into a cold glass and enjoy!
