- 1 cup milk of your choice
- ½ cup almond butter
- ½ cup yogurt
- 1 banana
- ½ cup blueberries
- 1 serving protein powder of your choice
- ½ teaspoon Host Defense® Mushrooms™ Lion’s Mane Mushroom Mycelium Powder

- ½ teaspoon Host Defense® Mushrooms™ Turkey Tail Mushroom Mycelium Powder
